Introduction To do anything properly you must be passionate about it.  Picture frames have been a passion of mine for the past 20 years.  It all began with a trip to the National Gallery in London, England.  The frames were amazing!  I should say that up to that point, all of the frames I’d seen and I had seen plenty (my parents are visual artists) were made of raw wood strips or metal.  Talk about mundane.  As a twenty year old walking into that museum in London, I was immediately taken by the wonderfully ornate picture frames that encased some of the finest paintings in the world.  The art was incredible to view but my eye kept creeping out to the gilded edge.
